David is the Founder and a Principal of SimonDavis Brokerage Services, Inc. David's educational background includes an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at The University of Virginia and tax training from the University of Virginia School of Law. In addition, David is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). David oversees all operations of SimonDavis and assists brokers with advanced case designs for their clients.

Gerald Clas is President and a Principal of SimonDavis Brokerage Services, Inc., where he is known for delivering strategic solutions and bringing a global perspective to complex case design. Originally from Switzerland, Gerald’s international background influences a thoughtful, multicultural approach to leadership and decision-making.
He is married to his wife, Michaela, and is a proud father to Cora, Callan, and Cole. Gerald enjoys travel, the outdoors, and often participates in sports and activities that reflect his passion for exploration and staying active.
